SHIPPING: Delivery confirmation through the USPS is the way products are shipped. If you would like a signature confirmation, please let us know. There is an additional cost to you, the customer, for signature confirmation. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY.
Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order once processing and payment is complete. If there is a delay on our end for any reason, you will be notified.
If you are placing a bulk order, this may take a little longer to process, but this can be discussed prior to purchase.
Please be sure to confirm your mailing address before finalizing orders. You will be responsible for re-shipment fess, if address in incorrect at time of shipment.
In instances of items opening and spilling during shipment, please take a picture showing damaged products and send it to us.
If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate in the notes section during checkout. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $2.35 and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation.
In cases where the package is returned to sender and KCC is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost or if buyer request a refund for purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you have any problems with the products, please notify us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds or exchanges for products are not guaranteed because all products are handmade and product descriptions are given to customers prior to purchase. Anytime after 14 days from purchase, refunds or exchanges will not be permitted. If a refund or exchange is granted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs – which includes sending original product back to KCC (must include tracking information).
In situations of a refund being issued, the customer will be refunded the total cost of the product sold, minus the shipping cost once the original product is received by KCC. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded because the cost to ship was paid to the postal carrier in the original transaction. KCC neither retains nor profits from the shipping cost charged by shipping carriers.
