Intense Scalp Treatment – Step 1 The first step in the system is a deep penetrating treatment oil that is designed to go on before you shampoo your hair. This treatment is to be used 2 times a month to condition and stimulate your scalp and roots, creating an environment that is optimal for hair growth.

Natural Growth Oil – Step 2 This highly nourishing oil is to be used 2 to 3 times a week to keep the scalp and roots moisturized, thereby stimulating hair growth and creating strong, beautiful tresses.

Quick Mist Moisturizing Spray – Step 3 The 3rd step in our system is a daily moisturizing spray. It’s light, hydrating oils will penetrate the hair shaft and guard against dryness, brittleness, and breakage. This mist is light and will impart shine and a light floral scent to your hair.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax. For international customers, the shipping price only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides due by your country has to be paid directly to the carrier of your country. 2. Order Processing and Deadline Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) and may take 1 to 4 business days with a maximum of 7 business days, depending on immediate item availability. All orders received before 1pm CST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. (Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.) 3. Shipping Time frames -Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, or Flat Rate Shipping can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States. 4. Shipping Carriers Orders shipped via standard shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery. 5. Eligibility of Free Shipping Free shipping offer is limited to USPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offer not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping is $99.00, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn't apply to back order, pre-order, heavy or oversize items. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping. 6. Weekend Delivery Orders shipped via USPS (standard) are delivered Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays. 7. Risk of Loss All items purchased from Touchofoshun.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days from delivery date. If your order is shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so the carrier can investigate the loss (USPS Customer Service: 1-800-275-8777). After a resolution has been reached by USPS, we can begin the lost package claim. It may take 1 to 8 business days to process the Lost Package Claims.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If after delivery, you discover that the beauty products you ordered are different from the one delivered (in size, texture, color etc.), please call or email us immediately and send a photographic evidence to confirm we have actually delivered a wrong beauty product. If a beauty product delivered to you is not as described on our website on the order confirmation page, or damaged in transit during delivery, customer should keep the product as it is with the original packaging so we can inspect it and a full refund or exchange will be made. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. You must inspect all goods delivered to you immediately on receipt and in any event within three hours of delivery. You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges). The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account. This is normally within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment. RETURN PROCEDURE When returning goods, please include your order number, full name and reason for return. Please wrap your good in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office. If returning items in an order where the initial order qualified for a free gift, the free gift must be returned in an unused condition too. Any items returned without the qualifying free gift will not be refunded.
