Shipping Policy
The shipping cost is calculated based on the item and packaging wait and USPS first class mailing rates. All orders will be processed and shipped 1 - 3 days from checkout.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, but if an exchange will be provided if the earrings are damaged during the shipment time.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If the product is damaged during shipment, Chic Customs will send a new pair of earrings for the customer. The customer must reach out to Chic Customs within 5 days of the shipment delivery time stamp.
